The creation of a self-correcting virtual financial system that maintains & pays for itself and I. Requiring as little attention from me as possible. Perhaps consisting of a corporate construction of a business, (non-profit) organization, independent artist/designer and owned by a holding company. Financing the system via no risk capital of government, financial institution and other funds. Until I, or an outsourced individual, secures venture capital Series B funding for my startup Fuller Buildings. In Silicon Valley from brilliant investors such as Floodgate, DHJ and Google Ventures.

Task
Due to tax & financial issues, resulting from my turbulent activities related to my startup(s), my Dutch bank accounts have been frozen for some time. Which lead to housing problems, which resulted in my creative process involving experimental method-design to develop a new kind of building and online service. Which is a very good way to approach product creation in my opinion and actual experience. By living the lifestyle of the employees of the original Paypal Mafia such as engineers, user interface designers and management. People who would later create the 2.0 wave of consumer internet based companies such as Youtube, LinkedIn and Tesla Motors. And who else better to think about homes and buildings than someone in between places?
I have been in contact with bloggers, writers, investors (indirectly), Silicon Valley and the US tech startup community to assist me with my business model, technology, online service, building design and business plans. They have been of great help and provided meaningful insights that have been of great value.
Currently I am working on a pitchdeck to raise Series B funding from investors in Silicon Valley for my startup. I asked Steve Jurvetson for help, since he is an investor and “friend” of Elon Musk. A member of the Paypal Mafia and CEO/Chief Product Architect of Tesla Motors. My business would greatly benefit other businesses he is a part of and I modelled my concept on one of his companies. The added value for Steve Jurvetson as an investor is the opportunity to invest in a potential multi-billion dollar company. This resulted in Reid Hoffman, another member of the Paypal Mafia, to release the original pitchdeck alongside insights for LinkedIn publicly. Immediatly the day after I contacted Steve Jurvetson on Facebook. This has been of immense value to me and countless of other people.
[URGENT] However, now I am in need of a new passport, financial assistance, gear and a place to stay as soon as possible in the city of Groningen before going to Silicon Valley as soon as possible. Deadline for travelling to Silicon Valley is 3 – 4 weeks within accepting this proposal.
Required activities are related to outsourced business, financial, accounting and personal assistant tasks with Moneypenny and one primary contact person. A Senior Virtual Assistant with a financial/business background who can then farm out tasks if needed within the Moneypenny organization itself. Such as a ghostwriter who can manage PR/marketing thereby building and maintaining media relationships in my place. Developing rules and guidelines over time, resulting in a process rather than founder driven organization.

This structure will allow me the time needed to travel, create business plans and a pitchdeck that will provide Dutch grants, funds and subsidies in NL. And fundraising in US based on my business proposal and technology to generate cashflow which in turn will;
1) Resolve personal tax/insurance/financial issues:

A virtual assistant to act as a (personal and business) Chief Financial Officer. Employed on a pay as you go basis with the following requirements and skillset;

Deliverable
1) Resolved financial and housing (e.g. hotels for the time being in Groningen and hostels, AirBnB, Craigslist, hotels, couchsurfing etc. in Panama.) as soon as possible. By recruiting a person that can act as a (personal and business) Chief Financial Officer.
2) My own personal (and corporate) financial stability & arrange for me to travel/stay/work/life in Panama for an extended period of time.
3) I will be checking email everyday (mon. – fri.) at 16:00 at CET while I am in Groningen at the Openbare Bibliotheek (Local Library), and after I have received a new laptop at other places in the city. I will also be able to share my Google Calendar and other documents then. As a guideline, I prefer using as many online based (free) services as possible, eliminating the need for physical presence and mail as much as possible. Which will make travelling and staying in Panama more efficient and effective. This is not do-able currently on the library computers in the Openbare Bibliotheek because of outdated browsers and restrictions.
(4) The ultimate goal is the creation of a (mostly) self-correcting financial system that requires as little attention from me as possible.
